The first season of Oregairu was created by Brain’s Base, whereas Feel Studio produced the second season. After the studio transition, the character designs altered dramatically. Feel Studio was later confirmed to produce Oregairu Season 3, which made sense given the teaser art’s resemblance to the second season’s character designs. Director Kei Oikawa, author Keiichiro Ochi, and character designer Yuichi Tanaka are returning from the second season. Nagi Yanagi will sing the OreGairu Season 3 opening (OP) theme song “Budding Rain (Megumi no Ame),” which is featured in the above teaser.
Oregairu Season 3 Release Date
The release date for My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU Season 3 was initially set for April 9, 2020. The anime debut was “postponed” to July 9, 2020, the summer 2020 anime season, due to the coronavirus epidemic. The anime’s second season concluded shortly after the Valentine’s Day celebration, with Yukino requesting Hachiman at the aquarium, the last time spectators saw it. However, the audience was kept in suspense since she never explained what that request was in detail.
Following the date, Hachiman and Yui accompany Yukino to her house, where she will meet up with her older sister, Haruno Yukinoshita. Yukino has decided to approach her mother with the help of her sister, but she is still gathering her courage. Komachi, Hachiman’s younger sister, had taken the Sobu High School admission examinations the previous season. We learn in OreGairu Season 3 that she and Taishi Kawasaki have both been accepted to Sobu. The people who follow My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU books are also unsure how this story will end. Fans who only watch anime will have to wait till Oregairu Season 3 is released to see the finale. Keep an eye out.
