Samantar is originally a Marathi drama series which is set in India. However, this series is full of thrill and mystery. Also, this series originally being a Marathi series was later on dubbed in Hindi, Telegu and Tamil as well. The first part of this series was released last year in March, 2020 and was a great success. Now, with this hit series people are eagerly waiting for the season 2 of this series. This series was directed by Satish Rajwade whereas the film is based on a novel by Suhas Shirwalkar.
Samantar Season 1: Plot & Storyline
The show has a really fascinating plot, script as well as acting. As the first season was a great success the viewers are enthusiastically anticipating the second one. The main plot of this series is basically about the main character Kumar Mahajan who comes across the fact that someone else too had the same fortune and destiny as him, both sharing the same fate. Now, the plot itself is really interesting and fascinating isn’t it? The life of the lead character drastically changes when he begins his journey Sudarshan Chakrapani, the person with whom he shares the same fate.
The story of this series initially begins where the Kumar is a belongs to a middle-class family and is struggling to satisfy the needs of the family. He faces many problems as he gets fired from his job and nothing goes right. Apart from this, he is an atheist. The series proceed with the scenes which shows him dealing with his difficult times including financial meltdown. Seeing this one of Kumar’s acquaintances arranges his to visit an astrologer but Kumar being an atheist reluctantly visit that astrologer.
But this visit changed his life and his perspective of a non-believer in luck, fate or non-believer. Well for the ones who haven’t watched this series yet, with this note leaving you with the suspense and not giving the spoiler just like the movie, do watch the movie to know what happened next because this series is worth watching.
Samantar Season 2 Release Date and What to Expect?
The season 1 being released last year in March, people were hoping for the second season to get release in March this year but unfortunately no official announcement has been made up till now. On one hand where Season one ended with the nail biting suspense well on the other hand the upcoming season might continue with where they left. This season might answer to what will Kumar proceed with? what will he learn from the book? Will he take charge of all those findings? and so on.
