Red Dead Redemption 2 ps4 is an action packed adventure game. The game was developed and published by Rockstar Games in 2018. The game is the third part of the Red Dead series. It is a prequel of the Red Dead Redemption which was released in 2018.
The narrative of the game is set in the fictionalized Western, Midwestern, and Southern United States in the year 1899. The story is about Arthur Morgan, an outlaw. He is a member of the gang called Van der Linde. Arthur has to deal with the fall of the Wild West.
He has do all this while struggling to survive against the forces of the government, rival gangs, and other adversaries. The story also revolves around his fellow gang member John Marston, he is also the protagonist of Red Dead Redemption.
Before you jump into the game straight away, here are six important beginner’s tips to help you survive.
Don’t rush
Since it is not an action game, you must take your take your time to explore the game. It will be better if you don’t spring into back to back gunfights straight away. The game is like an Old West simulation with built in action. There is lot of open- wide space to venture, an adopted outlaw family to socialize with and, obviously missions to complete.
Loot everyone and everything
During the starting chapter of Red Dead Redemption 2, you will come across two gunfights that will drop your enemies dead on the ground. Now, take the time during these fights. Ignore everyone who’s telling you to rush things.
Make sure to loot every corpse you come across. This help you in next chapter. You’ll head into Chapter 2 with $30, plenty of ammo and a probably full satchel.
Use camera angles to your advantage
In some games, we st the camera angle once and don’t bother with it again. But we realized in Red Dead Redemption 2 that camera angles are an important part.
Make sure to change your camera angle according to the situation you are in.
You’ll still be learning after few hours in
Red Dead Redemption 2 isn’t a paced game like other games. In fast paced games you learn most of the things in the first few hours. Unlike that, Red Dead Redemption is a slow paced game and take its time to explore all its aspects.

In Read Dead Redemption your horse is your gorever buddy. Your horse is important than even your gang family.
You will get lots of options to acquire new horses. You will find horses for sale in just every other town, plus wild horses to be tamed out in the you wild. Make sure to spend time with your horse. It will helpin strengthen your bond with your horse. Your horse’s health and stamina also depends on how you feed, brush and pat it.
Keep track of what you do
You will get lots of missions from your gang members, starngers and bounties. It will become hard to keep track of challenges and collectibles.
As you keep on taking more mission, you will see dots appearing on your map. The yellow dots represents your main story and white dots will represent side missions.
