Zack Snyder’s Justice League is validating several changes, one is now an entirely experimental look for Jared Leto’s Joker from Suicide Squad.

LOOK TEASER:

The Zack Snyder cut of Justice League is resolving the most hated part of Jared Leto’s Joker. The Clown Prince of Crime had very short green hair and his body was cluttered with an unreasonable amount of tattoos in David Ayer’s Suicide Squad. Most fans and critics took issue with the way the famed villain looked. Some people recommended that his tattoos, the one of which read “damaged” and was written across his forehead, were far too on the nose for the insane character. Although, Snyder recently shared a photo that reveals the ways in which Justice League’s version of the Joker reconceptualizes the most isolating point of the original.

FIXING THE MOST HATED PART:

Snyder shared a picture of a black and white image of the Joker to his Vero and Twitter accounts. At the forefront of the picture was Leto holding up a playing card of the Joker, complete with an evil huge smile and a jester costume. Temporarily, the Justice League’s Joker sat in the background, his facet largely blurred out. In spite of the uncertain print, it’s clear as day that this Joker does not have any obvious tattoos embellishing his face or neck. His hair is also much longer than it was before, shoulder-length, slicked back, and with a visibly subside hairline. His eyes and mouth look somewhat void and he’s not showing off his usually wide and scary smile. What’s more, the Joker is wearing loose-fitting gloves and what seems to be a straightjacket.
